I rarely write reviews, but just had to in this case. My 30+ year old engagement ring and diamond wrap were bent, two small diamonds missing and just old and dull looking. I took the ring in primarily to get the diamonds replaced--but Sanders went above and beyond and reshaped the ring, redid some prongs and really cleaned it up. It looks like the day I got it --nearly 31 years ago! I'm so pleased with their work and the customer service!!! Now to go back and put money down on a beautiful bracelet I saw in the case.😘

Sanders Diamond Jewelers is absolutely the best place to go for gorgeous jewelry. My husband and I have been going there for years now and would not go anywhere else. Although everything they carry is beautiful, I especially love the pieces by Denny Wong. His home base is Honolulu, Hawaii but luckily Sanders carries a lovely selection of his pieces and every year or so Denny comes to the mainland with even more of his lovely pieces for a one day special event. Sanders is a family business and they are all extremely kind, friendly and helpful. You can’t go wrong by going here when you want a quality jeweler.

Michael was professional and very knowledgeable, he helped me with questions I had about jewelry repair and assisted me in selecting a new chain for my girlfriends pendant, offering his advice on making a selection and asking questions about the pendant that really solidified my choice in purchase. Truly a wonder business with even better staffing! Would recommend to anyone!

These are great people. Was there seeing Denny Wong, he was great! I was able to meet him and he showed me jewelry I hadn’t seen before. Before I left I asked if anyone knew how to replace a battery in a remote. The answer was yes & Larry took care of it for me.

Michael and the whole team were fantastic! I was looking for a champagne diamond for my engagement ring and it was even better than I could’ve imagined. He let me see how the diamond looked with different band colors even though his suggest was the best option. Best jewelry in Anne Arundel county!

I am OBSESSED with my engagement ring! They did a fantastic job. I love that I could take it back to get it resized and cleaned. They even encouraged me to come as often as I wanted to get it cleaned which made me happy because the cleaning job they did was unbelievably great!

Just this week was my first visit to Sanders and it was a great experience! I was looking for a very specific bracelet for a gift and the jewelers helped me find the perfect one. They put the order in and it arrived in a few days. They even remembered that I had to ship the gift and they found the perfect box to keep it safe during transit. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff!

I needed my ring sized and was very uneasy about sending it out. They do all their work in-house which made me comfortable right from the start. I dropped off my ring Friday afternoon and it was ready Saturday around Noon. The turn around time was amazing. The staff was warm and friendly. I will definitely be using Sanders for every jewelry need in the future.

I have know Larry Sanders since my late husband and I purchased my engagement ring at his store in the Harandale Mall 36 years ago. We have purchased other items for several milestone anniversaries over the years. His staff were great secret keepers due to the fact most were secrets. He is always glad to see u and treats u as family. I went there this month to get my rings cleaned and checked. Even with a mask on he knew who I was and gave me a great deal on a pair of diamond ear rings that I treated myself too. He has always been there for me and my husband when we needed repairs and stood by his guarantees. I will never go anywhere else. When jewelry is for a special person u want it to be perfect and Sanders will make it that way.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was so happy they could order a part needed to fix my wedding ring. Once I picked up my ring, it was so beautiful and saw they did an amazing job!! Will come back here for any repairs I may need.

My first experience with Sanders was a more than excellent experience! I recently had my Tag watch repaired and battery replacement. The staff was more than pleasant and helpful. The quoted turn around time was 2-3 weeks, my watch was ready in 3 days. I would definitely recommend Sanders for any jewelry needs or repairs.

Having been in the area for many years, I was aware of Sanders Jeweler’s reputation and beautiful jewelry by word of mouth and being a customer. For Christmas, I ordered 2 watch bands (Amazon)for 2 golf watches that I could NOT get off. Sanders staff worked for almost an hour to get those screws out. Didn’t charge me and instead, suggested I make a donation to their African charity box - where they build schools, supply water and food to poor communities in Africa. They also have a Md Food Bank donation box right inside the door. What wonderful stewards of our community and society. In these tough business times, I hope they can weather the pandemic - but likely they have really good karma. Support this local business! This is a great local place that does quality work. I was worried about getting my engagement ring resized because it's a family heirloom, and I wanted to make sure it was done well. Sanders truly delivered every step of the way! They were able to give me a cost estimate via text after filling out their online contact form (super easy), and completed the resize and an appraisal in just 1 day. Everyone we worked with was incredibly friendly and helpful. We also browsed wedding bands briefly, and the salesperson (Michael) was personable and patient. Cost was fair compared to quotes from other jewelers in the area. We'll be returning!

I took my engagement ring in to have the diamond taken out of old ring and put into a new one. They were very helpful with picking out new ring and had it finished and ready to be picked up all in the same day! Very impressed with their professionalism and speediness. The ring looks great too!

I’ve finally found what I’m looking for, a jewelry store I can trust! I needed a ring sized that was given to me at Christmas. It was my grandmothers. The staff at Sanders Jewelers are personable and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that when I bring in an item for repair, they never fail to show me something new that I like...and sometimes buy. LOL

Mr Larry and everyone at Sanders Jewelers are always very courteous and friendly. Mr Larry takes time to explain things and puts the client first. I recently went to a chain jewelry store and the service was no where near what Sanders gives.

When my husband and I were ring shopping over 11 years ago, I had a very particular design for my engagement ring in mind. We went to all of the large jewelry chains first. I couldn't find anything close to what I was looking for and every single sales person barely gave us the time of day. I don't know if it was because we looked younger than we actually were, but when you are going to spend such a large amount of money, you should never waste it on a store that can't be bothered to go the distance. We heard about Sanders Diamond Jewelers from friends of ours. Our first impression from the time we stepped foot in the store was like a breath of fresh air. They were friendly, respectful, and happy to help. They pulled out these enormous catalogs and patiently guided me to the perfect ring and then helped me customize it even further. I will be a customer for life based on that experience. I recently took my great-grandmothers ring in to have it cleaned and sized properly. They were able to detect that several of the prongs were worn down and potentially at risk for losing the diamonds, which is something that would have never occurred to me. I have been a customer of Sander’s since I moved to Pasadena 20 years ago. I remember times of my parents dealing with a real jeweler many years ago. There is just something missing from the huge chain stores. Sanders jewelers takes me back to a different time when a local small business offered things the corporate stores can’t. Larry Sanders and his team have created several one of a kind items for me to give to my wife and she always gets compliments on them. Lovely family business with excellent customer service. I had my engagement ring resized here and it was finished in less than one day and looked amazing. They shined and cleaned it and it came back beautiful and perfectly sized. I will be going back for all my jewelry needs, highly recommend!

I highly recommend this jeweler. I am a resident of Pasadena. My engagement ring was too big. We brought it back to the jeweler in DC but they did not offer bumps for sizing. I wanted to be able to have some wiggle room to accommodate future pregnancy. I called Sanders and they said they offer the bumps and I did not need an appointment and they do everything in-house with a few day turn around. They said I was welcome to stop by. I got to the store on Thursday afternoon and they talked me into something even better than the bumps! It's Friday afternoon and I already have my ring back on my hand and it fits beautifully! I look forward to going back and visiting them as our local jeweler. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful.

Was told by other jewelers that my father's wedding ring was not able to be resized without compromising the pattern on it. When I brought it to Sanders, the pattern wasn't even brought up as an issue. My ring was resized in less than 24 hours, and the ring looks unbelievable. Some may think the price is high, but for this kind of work, you're getting what you pay for. Much better than any corporate place that would've sent it out for a week to some guy who would have done half as good a job. Sanders is highly recommended.

Went in for a custom piece and was pleased with every step of the process. They are extremely knowledgeable and worked with me to get an exact match of a separate setting that I had, procured the gems I wanted and had it all completed ahead of schedule. They even 'delivered' so that I had it in time for Mother's Day in spite of the COVID-19 shutdown. Excellent service at a great price. They are my new go-to for all jewelry needs.

I just returned from picking up my sweet ring that I wanted sized so I can wear it on my index finger.
